Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted on December 5, 2023. The inspector arrived at 12:30pm and departed at approximately 1:30pm. There were 14 children present and 4 staff members. The staff records were reviewed on 12/6/23 at the corporate office. A sample size of 9 records were reviewed which included 5 children?s records and 4 staff records. The Inspector observed staff and children?s interactions throughout the inspection. Children were observed during lunch, handwashing, restroom breaks and nap. Emergency preparedness documents were observed. There were no injury reports. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
