An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 1/18/2022 to investigate an allegation received by the department related to behavioral guidance and nutrition and food services. Based on evidence gathered through observations, interviews and documentation review, the complaint was determined to be Not Valid. An exit interview was conducted on 3/22/2022.
