Inspector Notes

An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted 4/25/22 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations verbal abuse. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations of verbal and physical abuse, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
