Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted from 8:25 am to 10:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 32 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. . This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and the violation is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Medication shall be given to a child only with written authorization from the parent.
There was no written authorization to administer Epinephrine for child A.
Plan of Correction: We will either locate the parental authorization or obtain a new written authorization.
