Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 14 2022 between 9:30 am and 10:30am. Children were observed eating a snack, celebrating a birthday, and preparing to go outside. A review of the caregiver records, child records, household records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and the physical space was conducted.
