Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 23 2023 between 9:00am and 10:30am. There were 9 children in the care of 3 caregivers (26 points). Children were observed playing outside on the playground. A review of the household records, staffing records, child records, emergency drills, medication training, the menu, and the playground was conducted.
