Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 7 2023 between 9:45 am and 10:45am. There were 11 children (27 points) in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children were observed having hands washed, playing outside, playing on the inside play equipment and being read to. A review of the staffing records, child records, and certifications as conducted.
