An unannounced renewal inspection was completed from noon until 1:15. There were 12 children and two providers present. Four children?s records and two provider records were reviewed.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
