Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 4/29/25 in response to a complaint received by this licensing office on 4/23/25 relating to allegations of care of children.
The inspector reviewed child records and 1 staff record. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation; therefore the compliant is determined to be valid. Information during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and the violation is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Plan of Correction: To prevent further situations where myself or staff are over points, I have updated my emergency and preparedness and response plan to add my next door neighbor who has agreed to be a back up person. In an emergency, each daycare family will be contacted as soon as possible (through private chat group ) to arrange pickup for the children. I will also send a text to inspectors to notify them of any early closing that may occur unexpectedly.
I have also discussed with staff the importance of being on time and planning days off with ample time to cover each shift with another staff member.
