Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 12/05/2022. 8 children (20pts) were directly supervised by 4 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, evacuation drills, and 2 children?s records were reviewed. Caregiver records were also reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed finishing lunch and preparing for nap time. Age appropriate activities and materials were available for the children in the classroom area. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program. Based on record review and interview with the Provider, a current report of TB screening form was not updated 2 years from the date of the previous screening. Evidence: The TB screening for Caregiver A was last completed on 1/26/2020. A subsequent screening was not conducted by 1/26/2022.
Plan of Correction: I have made an appointment to get it done right away.
