Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint received on 06/28/2023 regarding allegations concerning termination policies. The inspection was completed on 08/10/2023 in conjunction with a renewal inspection. The inspector was onsite from approximately 12:34 p.m. to 5:20 p.m. on 08/10/2023. Interviews were conducted and documentation reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
