An unannounced inspection was conducted 11/09/2023 in response to a complaint received regarding nutrition and food services. Observations were made, interviews were conducted, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence during the inspection did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
