Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 03/11/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 11:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 91 children present and 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Child day programs built before shall be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector.

The child day center did not have a carbon monoxide detector available during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: Carbon monoxide detectors were ordered during the inspection.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

Classroom #1 and classroom #2 had bleach and water solution and Lysol spray unlocked in an upper cabinet.
Plan of Correction: This was fixed during the inspection.
