Based on a review of five staff records, the vendor did not ensure that within the first 90 days of employment, one staff who works directly with children, completed the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff.
Evidence: 1) The VA Preservice Training for Child Care Staff certificate in the record for Staff #1, hired on 07/13/2021, was dated 12/19/2021. Staff hired prior to 10/13/21 were required to complete the training within the first 90 days of employment.
