Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint received on 03/14/2022 regarding allegations concerning behavioral guidance and forbidden actions. The inspection was completed on 03/17/2023 and 03/20/2022 in conjunction with a monitoring inspection. The inspector was onsite from approximately 9:53 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on 03/17/2023 and approximately 9:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on 03/20/2023. Interviews with staff were completed and documentation reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
