Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was completed on 07/29/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to allegations regarding programs. This inspection included document review and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. However, other information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 11/13/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The following action is forbidden: rough handling a child. During an interview on 07/29/2024 S2 reported and provided center documentation dated 05/28/2024 that a parent complained about a teacher, S3 on 05/08/2024. The parent reported that the teacher was ?yelling and interacting very aggressively with the children.? S1 reported that based on the center?s investigation that S3 had been found to have pinched a child and slammed a child in a chair.
