Inspector Notes
An in person inspection was conducted today.
There were 3 children present ( 6 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were resting and quietly playing a game during the inspection.
3 dog's records, 2 adult records, 3 child records, emergency evacuation, menu, freezer/fridge temps were all inspected and were in compliance.
The report will be typed off site and emailed for signatures. LI was present today from 12:27PM- 1:30 PM.
