Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal visit was conducted today.
There were 4 children present (12 points) with 2 caregivers.
5 child records and 3 caregiver records were reviewed. All were complete.
Children were observed playing, washing hands and eating lunch during the inspection.
See Violation Notice for non- compliances sited today.
First aid/CPR certifications, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, menu, fridge/freezer temperatures, training hours and age appropriate activities were all reviewed today.

Evidence:
Toilet bowl cleaner was stored in the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom, unlocked.
Plan of Correction: The cleaning agent was moved during the inspection to a secure location.
