Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today.
There were 3 children present with one caregiver at LI arrival. The provider arrived within 5 minutes.
3 child, 2 caregiver, one household member and 3 dog's records were reviewed.
See Violation Notice for non-compliance cited today.
Children were observed eating lunch, and playing with toys.
Due to caseload adjustments your next inspection will be with a different inspector.

Based on a review of records, one caregiver record did not contain documentation of a current report of Tuberculosis Screening every two years from the date of the first screening.
Evidence:
Caregiver B's negative screening result available for review is dated 3/24/22. (expired)
Plan of Correction: The caregiver will get a new TB test as soon as possible.
