Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-280-B
Based on observation the center did not ensure all hazardous substances were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

Evidence:
The kitchen door was wide open and the cabinet closest to the door did not have a lock that worked. Inside the unlocked cabinet there were multiple bottles of sanitizer sprays and bleach.
Plan of Correction: The owner will remind staff to let her know immediately when something is broken or ion need of repair. A new lock will be placed on the chemical cabinet in the kitchen.
