Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 11/18/2024 and completed on 11/18/2024, due to an emergency move. The on-site inspection began at 4:40 p.m. and ended at 5:10 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. This inspection included tour of the facility, document review and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
