An announced, initial, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on December 6, 2024, and completed on December 6, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 a.m. and ended at 10:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present during this inspection. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews, document review, and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
