Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:14am-11:25am with the provider on site. There were 9 children with two caregivers. A sample of 2 children's files and 4 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play and eating snack. The site was clean. Interactions between the children and caregivers were positive. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance records, emergency supplies and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. 1. The provider had the poison control number posted on the wall, but did not have 911 posted or the emergency back up person's telephone number posted.

1. A license that expired on 8/19/2021 was posted on the provider's wall. The provider stated she did not receive the most recently issued license.

1. The provider had the inspection posted from 1/07/2020, 7/17/2019 and 1/22/2019, but did not have the inspection dated 8/17/2021 posted.
