Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated 02/06/2024 and concluded on 02/21/2024. The inspector reviewed staff records at the corporate office on 02/06/2024. A site inspection was conducted on 02/21/2024. The inspector arrived at 10:30 AM and departed at 11:45 AM. There were 19 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined a non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the program director during the exit interview.
