An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/06/2024 and completed on 09/10/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 AM and ended at 12:15 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records on site and 3 staff records at the main office. This inspection included:
- document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms),
- tour of the facility,
- interviews, and
- observations
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
