Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-800-180-A
Based on record review and interview, it was determined the provider did not obtain for an adult household member a current report of TB Screening within two years from the date of the first screening.
Evidence:
1. A household member's screening expired in 2021. The Provider stated the household member was trying to schedule a test but thought it needed to be an Xray since it was required first time and the Provider did not realize it could be an actual screening report.
Plan of Correction: We will schedule the Doctor appointment so that a screening can be completed.
