Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/16/2022 and concluded on 2/16/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from 13 months to 3 years, with 3 staff supervising. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an in person component, including email contacts, documents review, interviews and an in person tour of the program. The child care area and entire home was inspected. The children are using the blacktop driveway for outside play, the trampoline, dome and wooden play structure in the backyard is not used by the child care children. The children records are current, 1 new caregiver record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
