Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/7/2023 and concluded on 2/7/2023. There were a total of 11 children (31 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, sleeping and gross motor. The home, 6 child records, 3 caregiver/household member records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
