Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 2/27/2025 and completed on the same date. The on-site inspection began
at 10:00 and ended at 11:15 The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present with 7 staff. The
inspector reviewed 4 children's records and 4 staff records during the inspection. This inspection included, document review, Tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable code sections and violation are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
