Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on July 11, 2023 between 8:15am and 10:40am. There were 3 children present with one (1) caregiver supervising for a total of 7 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with various age appropriate toys, eating snack, diapering and toileting procedures, and handwashing. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, evacuation drill logs, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. No medication on sight at the time of the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the programs.
