Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 7/7/2023. There were 38 children, ages 7 months- 11years, 9 staff and 1 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during center time and circle time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:50am and departed the center at 11:55am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
