8VAC20-780 Staffing and Supervision

Inspector Notes

The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 9/8/2022. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of supervision and ratios. Many staff, including the director are new, not aware of any supervision issues. Observed 5 classrooms, all within ratio with 2 extra staff floating between all the rooms. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
