Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/12/2022 and concluded on 9/12/2022. There were 30 children directly supervised by 10 staff members. Children were observed during lunch time. The physical plant, 3 child records, 6 new staff records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on a review of staff records, staff have not obtained their TB screening within the last 30 days of employment and prior to coming into contact with children.
Evidence: Staff #1, date of employment 9/2/2022 had a TB screening dated 2/11/2020.
Plan of Correction: Staff will get a current TB screening.
