Inspector Notes

The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on March 28, 2023. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of supervision, staff to child ratio, infant care, feeding and napping. Classroom observations were made and staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
