Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated on 1/27/22 which consisted of off-site recordkeeping review. The inspection concluded on 2/1/22 with a virtual inspection.

There were 23 children present between the ages of 4 months and 5 years with 6 staff providing supervision.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergency service and nutrition.
A total of 2 children and 3 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
