Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on today's date. The provider had 8 children in care today, a total of 15 points. An assistant was also present. Observed the children doing puzzles, drawing and writing. Lots of space for the children to play as well as supplies and different interest areas set up. Lots of interaction between caregivers and children observed during the inspection.

Based on the review of household member records, the provider failed to update a TB screening.
Evidence. The household members TB test was last done on 2/2/20, and is over two years old.
Plan of Correction: I called him during the inspection and let him know that he needs to get a new screening done.
