This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and interviews.
The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 10/28/2021. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of yanking a child's clothes. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
