22VAC40-185 STAFFING AND SUPERVISION.
Inspector Notes
The Licensing Inspector conducted an investigation in response to a self-report incident of supervision. A joint investigation with another agency was conducted on 11/15/2021. Staff related to the allegations were interviewed, email documentation between center management and the parent were reviewed. Staff were observed outside, all standing at different locations on the playground. All the children were observed engaged in appropriate play. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations; therefore no violations are cited.
