Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/12/2023 and concluded on 7/12/2023. There were 44 children directly supervised by 7 staff members. Children were observed during circle time discussing the rain forest and lily pads, art and bathroom breaks. The physical plant, playground, 3 child records, 4 staff records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and attendance were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on a review of staff records and staff interview, staff have not updated their tuberculosis screening at least every 2 years from the date of the first screening.
Evidence: Staff #1 has not updated their TB screening, last TB screening is dated 5/26/2021

Plan of Correction: Staff will obtain the TB results today. (corrected)
