Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:45 a.m. until 11:40 a.m. There were 25 children present with ratio being met at all times. The director and assistant director were also present. Children were observed playing inside, being read to, and having lunch.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.


The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Thank you for your cooperation.
