Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was completed from 9:55am until 12:35. There were 26 children present with 5 staff supervising. The cook and the director were also present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the center failed to have employees undergo a background check in accordance with subsection B prior to employment or beginning to serve as a volunteer and every five years thereafter.
Evidence:
Staff #3's fingerprints were last completed 02/09/18. Staff #4's fingerprints were completed 02/09/2018.
Plan of Correction: Appointments have been made to have them completed.
