The department received a complaint regarding allegations in the areas of supervision procedures, a subsequent investigation was initiated on June 10, 2022 and concluded on August 23, 2022. The inspector conducted observations at the center, interviewed staff and collaterals, and reviewed documentation. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
