Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/22/2021. The provider was contacted by video conferencing application to initiate the inspection. Staff to child ratios were found to be in compliance ( four children directly supervised by the provider). A virtual tour was conducted of the program and were observed to determine compliance. A sample of provider, household member and children's records were reviewed as well as emergency preparedness plans, supplies and drills.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.

The licensing inspector has reviewed with the program COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care Programs.
