Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:40 am-11:10 am. There were 6 directly supervised by 2 caregivers. Child to staff ratios were found to be in compliance. The children were observed playing on the floor with blocks, puzzles and a baby doing tummy time.
The home, provider and household member records, child records, evacuation drills, a sample of emergency supplies and policies were reviewed.
No violations were cited at the time of the inspection.
