Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/02/2024. There were 53 children present and 11 staff. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. The Inspector reviewed children and staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and record review the center did not ensure monthly practice evacuation drills were implemented.
Evidence:
The center did not have documentation of having done a practice fire drill in the month of January.
Plan of Correction: The church has been doing the fire drills. The director believes one was done in January but is unsure of the date.
