Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted today. The provider was caring for 4 children, totaling 11 points. The children were observed playing with toys, enjoying creative play activities, and waking from a morning nap. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, emergency preparedness, child nutrition, caregiver training, children's records, caregiver records, background checks, programming, and the physical plant.
