Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 9:05am and 10:35am. There were 7 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 16 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed arriving at the family day home, playing freely with blocks and cars and dancing to YouTube music videos. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Violations
3Evidence: There was an unused outlet without a protective cover observed above the sink in the children's bathroom.
Evidence: There is a downward staircase that the children have access to where the program takes place. There is a gate at the top of the stairs, however the gate is only secured on one side and swings open without a hook, latch or lock. There were two children observed today under the age of two.
Evidence: Child #3 (17 months) most recent documented immunizations are dated 9/7/2022.
