Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documents review.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on and concluded on 8/4/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 20 children present, ranging in ages from 6months to 3years, with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 2 children's records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
