Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on July 13, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 12:15 pm. There were 7 staff with 22 children in 4 classrooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed eating snack, small group activities with age appropriate materials, diapering and toileting, and outside activity. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
