Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/25/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 12:30pm. There were 8 staff with 25 children in 4 rooms at the time of the visit. The children were observed playing outside, toileting, handwashing, sleeping and engaged with age appropriate toys. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and evaculation drill logs were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There was one medication on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
